We do something called a No-Sweat Intro. You’ll talk with a coach about your goals, pain history, and how you move. Then we build a plan just for you. No workout on day-one-just a conversation.
Wear workout clothes that are comfy and not too loose. That helps us see how you move and fix your form easier.
We do both! Most people start with one-on-one sessions to learn the basics. Then they can move into small group training if they want more community and fun.
Most people come 2-3 times a week, especially in the beginning. We’ll help you find a schedule that works best for you and your goals.
